Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that some larger, fragile, or carefully packaged items may require a little extra preparation time to ensure they are packed safely for transit.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • United States & Canada: 5–20 business days
  • Australia, Singapore & Japan: 7–25 business days

Living My Blueprint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Tracking Information

Tracking is included whenever available through the selected shipping service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.
All items are packed carefully and shipped with tracking. Additional insurance may be included for higher-value or fragile items when necessary.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Living My Blueprint is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Vintage & Antique Items

Many items sold through Living My Blueprint are vintage or antique and may show signs of age, wear, patina, or small imperfections.

These characteristics are considered part of the item’s history and unique charm and will be clearly represented in photos and descriptions whenever possible.

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Fragile Items

All items are packaged carefully and with attention to safe international transport.

However, due to the nature of fragile, vintage, and antique goods, damage during transit can occasionally occur despite careful packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Living My Blueprint within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the shipping label

This information may be required for shipping insurance or carrier claims.

Some highly fragile items may not be available for international shipping.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact Living My Blueprint so the shipping carrier can be contacted and an investigation can be started when possible.

Please note that international investigations can take time and outcomes depend on the shipping carrier.

Living My Blueprint is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Living My Blueprint is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.
