Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting Living My Blueprint. Because many items are vintage, antique, handmade, or one of a kind, please read the following return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact Living My Blueprint within this period through the contact page on the website.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.
Please contact Living My Blueprint before returning an item to receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For international returns, any customs fees, import charges, taxes, or additional shipping costs related to the return remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Vintage & Antique Items
Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items may show signs of age, wear, patina, or small imperfections.
These characteristics are considered part of the item’s unique history and are not regarded as defects.
All items are photographed and described as accurately as possible. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Living My Blueprint within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- photos of the shipping label
This information may be required for shipping carrier investigations or insurance claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom or personalized items
- digital products or downloadable content
- opened or used self-care or herbal products
- items marked as final sale
- made-to-order prints or artwork created from original Living My Blueprint photography
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Refunds may be reduced if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, used, or not packaged safely.
Lost or Refused Returns
If a package is refused by the buyer, abandoned during customs clearance, or returned due to unpaid import fees or incorrect address information, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and related carrier fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
In some cases, returned international shipping costs may exceed the value of the order, which may result in no refund being possible.
Living My Blueprint is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges are generally not available due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of many items.
